kkfv Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

Welcome to kkfv. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkfv ("kkfv", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kkfv website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, dice, and fishing games. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the kkfv platform.

kkfv reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version currently in force is the version accessible on this page, as indicated by the effective date above.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kkfv platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kkfv is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial or professional gambling purposes on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction imposed by kkfv or requested by you under the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person or using funds provided by a third party for the purpose of gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You understand that all games offered on kkfv are games of chance with random outcomes. kkfv does not guarantee any winnings. You acknowledge that you may lose your entire deposited balance.

kkfv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the real-money features of the kkfv platform, you must register an account. Registration is free and is completed via the kkfv website. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Account Rules

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active kkfv account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kkfv will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• All information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresentation of age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must notify kkfv customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, if your login details have been compromised, or if you notice any transaction on your account that you did not authorise.

KYC Verification

kkfv is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing a first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport and, where requested, proof of residential address and the payment method used for deposits. kkfv reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Accounts where KYC is pending or incomplete may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the kkfv platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by players.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kkfv, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits per their respective terms of service.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kkfv does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances, delays may occur due to technical issues with third-party payment processors. kkfv is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, bank processing times, or network connectivity issues outside kkfv's control.
• kkfv does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own service fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. kkfv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until identity verification is finalised.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or public holidays. kkfv will communicate any expected delays to the player.
• kkfv reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kkfv will conduct an investigation and may request additional documentation from the player. The player will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kkfv may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements on kkfv are 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account for use on specified game categories only. Bonuses credited for use on slots cannot typically be used on live casino games, sports betting, or crash games unless the promotion explicitly states this is permitted.
• Bonuses expire. Each promotion will specify an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• kkfv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion between players, or if the promotion was published in error.
• Players are limited to one welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by opening a duplicate account — is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the kkfv platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, sports betting markets, dice, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

kkfv uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types. Slot and table game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by any prior results, player behaviour, or any factor within the control of kkfv. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published within the game information panel accessible from each game screen.

• In the event of a game error, malfunction, or technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, kkfv reserves the right to void the affected round and reverse any associated transaction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. Any bet accepted by the kkfv system at the displayed odds at the time of placement is binding, regardless of subsequent odds movements. kkfv reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds that resulted from a technical error or data feed fault.
• kkfv does not permit any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, or any other program that interacts with the platform without human input) to gain an unfair advantage. Any account found to be using prohibited software will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Live casino games are hosted and operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Those games are subject to the respective provider's game rules in addition to kkfv's general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a provider's rules and kkfv's Terms, kkfv's Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider agreement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfv platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kkfv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity, a false identity, or a third party's identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose.
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist in any form of money laundering or financial fraud, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit for transferring funds between parties.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or loophole in the platform's systems to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error must be reported to customer support immediately. Failure to report and retention of such winnings is treated as fraud.
• Colluding with other players, dealer staff, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share information that provides an unfair advantage, or act in concert to exploit any promotion or game feature.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner that does not constitute genuine human play, or to gather data from the platform in bulk without kkfv's prior written consent.

kkfv cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Where prohibited conduct is identified that may constitute a criminal offence, kkfv reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to provide all account information and transaction records as required by law.

7. Responsible Gaming

kkfv is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain control over their spending and time. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a deposit limit are processed immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time limits — players may set reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a defined period. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent unplanned extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods — players who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for viewing purposes but no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-exclusion — players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the player will not be permitted to register a new account on the kkfv platform for the duration of the exclusion period. kkfv takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not contact self-excluded players with marketing communications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkfv platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the property of kkfv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the kkfv platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of kkfv.

The kkfv name, brand mark, and all associated logos are trademarks of kkfv. Unauthorised use of kkfv's trademarks — including use in domain names, social media usernames, or any other context that could create confusion as to the source or affiliation of content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions; inability to access the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or internet connectivity problems; loss or corruption of account data; or any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

kkfv's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and even if kkfv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments and Termination

kkfv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, kkfv will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address or phone number associated with the player's account. The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

kkfv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kkfv has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to kkfv, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds and subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
